The Union Hotel & Restaurant Restaurant Review: The bill of fare caters to a Wisconsin resident's hearty appetite --- but also to their demand for quality; consequently, expect plenty of steaks, seafood and chops. All meats are hand trimmed. Fresh seafood includes sautéed scallops, one of the restaurant’s best sellers. But for a true taste of yesteryear, indulge in the Union's highly marbled beef. We like the tenderloin sided by a piping-hot baked potato loaded with butter and sour cream. Check out the daily specials too. Oh, and that rumor about a ghost, well, if you see him buy him a brew. |
