Vargas Steakhouse Bar Restaurant Review:

Prime rib and filet mignon are among the steak selections at Vargas (challenge yourself with the 32-ounce T-bone). But the menu also features portobello mushroom starters and the "meli-melo Vargas," which consists of lobster, crab and avocado. Vargas has a full array of sushi, too, but stick with the beef carpaccio, called Angus sashimi, over the sushi pizza and kamikaze rolls (you're better off choosing from the French items). For dessert, try the crème brûlée. Service is polished.
