THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Villa Sorriso Restaurant Review:

A popular, versatile Old Pasadena spot, Villa Sorriso is part trattoria, part lounge and part nightclub. Its private and public dining areas surround an open courtyard, where cabana-seated customers gather around the fire pit to enjoy dinner or cocktails with a DJ. Upstairs, the VIP lounge is, indeed, a place to relax, with its assortment of plasma-screen TV's and low-slung seating. The dining room menu is relatively predictable, but well executed. Starters include beef carpaccio, caprese salad and fried calamari, while pastas range from fettuccine Alfredo to lasagna bolognese. Pizzas pair well with the cocktails, and osso buco, steaks and chicken piccata round out a meal that might conclude with tiramisu. Some decent Italian wines are available, but this feels like a place for cocktailing, particularly as the night rolls on.
