: Part of the food court at the Parker Ranch Center in Kamuela, Village Burger offers cooked-to-order burgers with pasture-raised Hawaiian beef and veal and toppings like house-made tomato marmalade and Kekela Farms baby greens. The Asian-style ahi tuna burger is pan-seared and topped with pickled vegetables. Meanwhile, vegetarians will find a Hamakua mushroom patty and a Waipio taro burger. Order a side of Parmesan fries and a milkshake to round out the meal. Seating is available in the adjacent food court or at a few tables outside by the entrance, though the parking lot doesn’t make for much of a view.
