If you are staying near Kaunakakai or farther east, take an evening to drive out to this surprisingly good little restaurant located in a renovated ’30s plantation-style building in the east-end town of Maunaloa. The appealing menu offers steakhouse fare for dining inside or on the lanai with ocean views. If you want a lighter meal, the bar offers appetizers and pizzas along with drinks. Take-out is available.
