Located to the rear of the Philadelphia Art Museum, Water Works Restaurant & Lounge has an unbeatable view from the 200-seat riverfront verandah, overlooking Boathouse Row and the Schuylkill River. Dishes may include a tender octopus salad, fried halloumi cheese sticks with tomato ouzo soup, and five spice-rubbed duck breast in a pomegranate beurre blanc with sweet potato mousse and apple leek salad. To truly appreciate the view, go for lunch or happy hour in the spring and summer.
