![]() : Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Singaporean and Thai specialties are served amid the exciting décor at Wazuzu. Some 90,000 Swarovski crystals make up the 27-foot, three-dimensional ornamental dragon that dances across the wall, while 2,400 lights sparkle within the room. The menu showcases fresh sushi and sashimi like tuna belly, sea urchin and snapper; creative maki include the vegan crunch roll, filled with string beans, cucumber and avocado and topped with Japanese rice crackers. Dim sum is available all day, or consider the signature baked miso black cod with a sweet miso glaze, and Korean galbi short ribs with soy, sesame and brown sugar. Among live seafood items are lobster with ginger scallion, XO sauce or a garlic crust; or Alaskan king crab with ginger scallion, Thai basil and XO sauce. Desserts incorporate Asian flavors as well, from the strong green tea sorbet to the ice kachang, a Malaysian dish of shaved ice, sweet red beans, tropical fruit and condensed milk. As with all Wynn restaurants, there’s an extensive vegan and vegetarian menu, too. |
