(This branch is a student hangout, thanks to a nearby university.) Here's how it works: decide what you want---burrito, quesadilla, taco, salad, etc.---then choose a filling. You might select grilled steak with cilantro and garlic or chipotle-barbecued pork and black beans and rice, for instance, for burritos or tacos. Salads and quesadillas keep vegetarians (including vegans) happy. The guacamole has a singular fresh-tasting quality and correct chunky texture, but a squeeze of fresh lime juice perks it up as it also does the otherwise first-rate tomatillo salsa.
