Hong Kong native Steven Chan fosters Asian food in a series of noodle shops, and his burger concept is a winner. The hand-formed patties, made from Creekstone Farms beef out of Kansas, are thick and juicy, and can be topped with a variety of finishes. While the fries are fine, we think the chop chop salad with its sesame ginger dressing is the best accompaniment. Other offerings include a hot dog or two, grilled cheese sandwich, and similar fare. Ben & Jerry's ice cream makes a good conclusion, and beer is offered. The parking lot is often jammed, so go early or late, although if late, you run the risk of the establishment running out of beer or lemons or other fundamentals.
