Well, the fad has fizzled and this place has endured because they make some pretty good sandwiches and opened in locations where there are a lot of young people on-the-go. You can get your tortillas wrapped around roast duck with caramelized onions and rice, grilled vegetables with roasted tomatoes, pulled pork and even turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce. Wash it down with a fruit smoothie and it sure beats Mickey D’s both taste-wise and health-wise.
