Start with modern American tapas such as duck-stuffed olives deep-fried in crunchy panko for a hot burst of richness. Pork belly tacos are tender and spicy with a chipotle honey glaze; move on to littleneck clams with oven cured tomatoes, lemon confit and a sweet Chardonnay cream sauce over linguine or lamb with North African influences.
