#1 Pho Restaurant Review: While Cleveland has a substantial selection of Asian restaurants dotting the landscape, #1 Pho features one of the largest arrays of delicate Vietnamese dishes. Appetizers include pork spring rolls, crispy Vietnamese crêpes and a flank steak marinated in lime juice. Soups are customizable and served with condiments --- bean sprouts, jalapeños, fresh Thai basil --- and sauces, including spicy red sauce and smoked plum sauce. The curried tofu is also notable and served on a bed of piping hot delicate vermicelli noodles. There's a nice beer and wine selection, too. |
