| At downtown’s popular 47 Scott, not only is the food smart and tasty, but the vibe is both warm and hip. From the small but interesting menu, we recommend the frisée and bacon salad with a fried egg on top. Entrées include pork belly accompanied by braised apple and red cabbage. We always order the polenta cakes which are both crispy and creamy. Desserts are always changing. The wine list contains options from smaller wineries. But if you really want to get a feel for the downtown scene, pop next door to Scott & Co. the teeny cocktail lounge from the same owners. Here you will find some of the most creative cocktails in the city. |
