Adam's Steak & Eggs Restaurant Review: This breakfast joint in Mission Valley is a San Diego classic, famous for its steak and eggs --- juicy, thick sirloin served up with fresh Ramona Farm eggs the way you like 'em. Other tasty menu items include the carne asada, blueberry crêpes, ranch-style potatoes and oversize sausage patties. The Spanish omelet proves popular with its cheddar, Ortega chilies, black olives and sour cream-infused ranchero sauce. Fun "eye-opener" cocktails include Tequila Sunrises, mimosa pitchers and Ramos Fizzes. Old-school professionals mixed with energetic young servers make for an efficient, friendly staff, determined to put a smile on your face. Of course, some smiles are acquired at the full bar, which is open as long as Adam's is --- until 11:30 a.m. weekdays, and 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
