Adelina’s Bistro Restaurant Review: Its location in a residential golf course development often makes people think this is a private restaurant, but anyone can enjoy the cuisine at Adelina’s Bistro. Chef Charles Weber’s classic French training and experience extends through Chicago, San Francisco and Napa, and he brings solid techniques and fun invention to fresh California ingredients. Favorite dishes include grilled king salmon with paper-thin Jerusalem artichoke slices, a grilled pork chop with roasted pears, and a boar sausage and blue cheese brick-oven pizza. For dessert, go for the fresh fruit served over vanilla panna cotta. There’s a full bar and decent wine list, plus some beers on tap. The combination of bistro and upscale dining room provides an array of seating choices, from a spot at the bar to a cozy booth, to tables with expansive golf course views.
