Not quite, because even the signature dish at this smartly dressed but malfunctioning French bistro can be lukewarm and lamely seasoned. Consistently inconsistent, grilled Long Island duckling may turn out to be confit (which is actually pretty good) and lamb shanks could be short ribs. Opt for the decent escargots and crab cakes instead.
