Asia Nine Bar & Lounge Restaurant Review: This Penn Quarter sort-of-Asian/sort-of-Western restaurant proffers a vision of pan-Asian cooking that encompasses a little Thai, some Japanese sushi and noodle fare, a touch of Chinese, one Singaporean noodle dish and, of course, some Americanized salads. What would any restaurant be without a warm spinach salad? As you wade through the lengthy menu, you might get lost along the way, so the best tip is this: skip to the specials, and order either the hoisin barbecue ribs or the meaty lamb chops perched on mashed potatoes.
