: At Attica in Ripponlea, a suburb of Melbourne, chef Ben Shewry draws inspiration from Australia as well as his rural upbringing in North Taranaki on the west coast of the North Island, New Zealand. On Tuesdays, the kitchen experiments with new ideas in its five-course chef's table menu. On other evenings, guests can enjoy an extended tasting menu. (A vegetarian tasting menu is also available.) Prepare to encounter dishes like salted red kangaroo and bunya bunya.
