Located at The Shoppes at The Palazzo, i♥burgers has a full range of gourmet burgers with options of Prime ground sirloin, Wagyu, buffalo, chicken breast, ground turkey, salmon and black bean veggie. Décor is enhanced by colorful 15-foot mushroom statues that contribute to a bright and cheery ambience. Starters such as the fried mac ‘n’ cheese and fried dill pickle let you know this is not your average burger joint. Meat lovers will like the barbecue --- ground sirloin, applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, onion strings, lettuce, tomato and barbecue sauce; or the Oregon Trail, which is ground Colorado buffalo, aged cheddar and roasted garlic aïoli. To complement the burgers, there are sweet potato and Parmesan garlic fries, a large collection of domestic and imported beers, and homemade ice cream shakes. And, if you want a bit of an extra pop, you can request that your shake be fortified with a spirit.
