Located just off the casino, this upscale restaurant at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa features Mediterranean-influenced cuisine. The menu lists appetizers such as bacon-wrapped shrimp, escargots Bourguignon, oysters Rockefeller and Maryland crab cake. Entrées include New York steak, filet mignon, prime rib, seared scallops, beef short ribs and chicken piccata.
