Great State Burger Awards

Great State Burger Restaurant Review:

Bright colors accent blonde wood and Mount Rainier (in dot-painted form) towers over the counter at Huxley Wallace and chef Josh Henderson's first foray into local fast food. Behind the counter, organic thin-patty burgers are made, each topped with "state sauce," American cheese and (optional) grilled onions. Crisp crinkle-cut fries and Parfait organic soft-serve shakes round out the menu. But don't worry, you may also order a brew from among the standards and several local craft breweries.
