This Irvine iteration of the steak and seafood chain spot is located in the heart of the city's original business district, a couple blocks east of John Wayne Airport. The menu is printed daily, featuring a “fresh list” of more than 30 seafood options, pastas, beef specialties, poultry and salads, including seasonal dishes and Southern California-inspired fare. The restaurant also offers an oyster bar. Handcrafted cocktails and classic drinks are available, too. Guests looking for a more laid-back experience can convene within the attached Pilsner Room and explore a truncated version of the menu.
