Palm Court Italian Restaurant Review:
The Italian touches to the standard seafood options at this hotel venue add a nice change to beachside dining. For example, the calamari fritti features black and white calamari served with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, olives and basil pomodoro. The filetti branzino offers almond-stuffed sea bass with a tomato-fennel cream sauce. A nice surprise for Florida is pappardelle with braised Florida boar prepared with porcini mushrooms and pancetta. The menu also features organic teas.
