At Monte Carlo’s The Pub, beer fans can choose from more than 300 brews --- the largest selection on the Vegas Strip --- including a variety of beer styles and several locally brewed options. The beer menu is designed for easy navigation with symbols for draft, bottled and local beer, and choices are organized into 19 major beer styles with a description, size, price and specific sub-style. Breakfast highlights include banana brûlée french toast and chocolate Nutella waffles. For lunch and dinner, expect a lineup of appetizers, burgers, soups, salads, large plates and wood-fired flatbreads. Burger connoisseurs will find five options, such as the Little Boy Blue topped with caramelized onions, bacon, blue cheese, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato. The traditional banana split is composed of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice creams topped with candied walnuts, banana, whipped cream and a cherry. Dining al fresco is an option --- the patio area overlooks the Monte Carlo’s pool, allowing for optimum people-watching. Live entertainment is scheduled on weekends. An 80s cover band performs on Fridays.
