Chef/co-owner Bryan Caswell knows fish: he’s an avid fisherman and supporter of sustainable fish. REEF has a daily changing menu, depending on the catch of the day. Start with Gulf and East Coast oysters, or interesting raw bar creations such as snapper carpaccio with lemon catsup, grilled watermelon, preserved lemon labneh and mint. Move on to soft-shell blue crab, crispy flounder or grilled cobia. Carnivores will find a big pork chop and roasted tenderloin.
