Sneaky Dee's is what some might call an institution; it has been serving up its own unique brand of hearty, Tex-Mex-inspired dishes for more than twenty five years. A first-time visitor might turn to walk right out upon seeing the graffiti-covered walls, but those looking for a restaurant with a cool vibe, eclectic clientele and good food will not be disappointed. Although new menu items are occasionally added, it’s the old favorites --- fajitas, king’s crown nachos and a Sunday-only Mexican chicken sandwich --- that keep people coming back. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome with offerings like avocado salad, veggie burgers and vegetable fajitas. All-day breakfast is a popular choice among late-risers. However, late-night snacks such as sandwiches, assorted chips and dips and salads may all be ordered until 4 a.m. most nights. All weekly lunch sandwich and burger specials come with fries, salad or soup, and are priced under $10.
