Spencer's for Steaks and Chops Restaurant Review:

The oversize booths and dark wood accents, aged beef, single-malt scotch, and business suits peppering Spencer’s remind guests of a time when quality mattered. A time when men were gentlemen and important business transactions occurred over a glass of fine wine and a USDA Prime cut of meat. From the crusty crown of the onion soup or broiled beefsteak tomatoes to the daily dessert specials, the cooking here does not disappoint. The double-thick lamb chops and Spencer’s rib-eye and NY steaks are broiled rather than grilled and arrive at your preferred temperature and level of doneness. A dinner salad will start your meal but what follows is à la carte. Make sure someone orders the fries because they’re worth the indulgence. Service is generally spot-on but you might hit the occasional glitch during convention times; the hotel location does have its downside when it comes to crowd control.
