Vingt-Quatre has become quite the place for the Sloane Rangers who haunt the area. The décor is a pretty bizarre mix---providing no help at all to those attempting to clear up a hangover with the all-day breakfast, which includes fried bread, surely one of the greatest toxin sponges. Fish cakes, steak and fries, vegetarian salad and a drinks list with some pretty deadly cocktails complete the picture.
