Berry Hill Bistro Restaurant Review: This casual bistro overlooking the downtown park offers good, straightforward comfort food that’s filling without being heavy. Entrée salads with house-made dressings are definitely among the favorites, especially the grapefruit salad with chicken and avocado. Other winners are the fresh-cut frites served with three dipping sauces, the wild salmon BLT, and the raspberry-chipotle chicken panino. Dinner specials are very affordable and might include a New York steak with mushroom reduction, calamari steak piccata, or steamed clams with garlic bread to mop up the sauce. All of the desserts are tempting, but don’t miss anything with olallieberries when they’re in season. Local wines are well represented, and there’s a full bar with a fun martini menu.
