Better Buzz Coffee Restaurant Review:

This caffeine haven and small batch local roaster offers lattes, handcrafted espressos, pour overs, cold brews, kombucha on tap and smoothies. But it's the extra thick multigrain toast menu that's also got the buzz. The chunky avocado toast comes sprinkled with sesame seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds, crushed red peppers and a medley of microgreens. Another savory treat is the avocado and feta toast with cherry tomatoes and a side of arugula. On the sweeter side is toast dressed in almond butter and house-made jam. Grilled sandwiches include the B.A.B.B. (bacon, almond butter and banana drizzled with maple syrup on sourdough) along with the ciabatta breakfast with fried cage-free eggs, crispy bacon, melted muenster and a schmear of spicy chipotle aïoli. Acai bowls and pastries are available, too. This San Diego-born café has locations in Point Loma, Pacific Beach, Encinitas, San Marcos, Mission Beach and Fashion Valley, while the roaster is in Vista.
