Bick's Broadview Grill Restaurant Review: Bick's kitchen turns out generously portioned dishes that pack a flavor wallop. Favorites for heat-lovers include fiery spring rolls stuffed with rock shrimp, roasted jalapeño Manila clams, and smoked duck with a Serrano-laced avocado dipping sauce. Thankfully, not everything produces watery eyes and tingling lips. Risotto studded with peas, squash and asparagus, and then topped with grilled prawns, is pleasantly soothing. There's a sweet note to enjoy when caramelized leeks in a balsamic syrup accent mushroom pancakes sandwiched around a hearty grilled portobello mushroom cap. Execution can be a bit inconsistent, but we’d go back just for the hoisin pork ribs. Come as you are, sit at the bar, or enjoy a cozy corner table by the window. On balmy days, there's also an outdoor deck. A full bar and a decent wine list keep everyone happy.
