THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bien Thuy Restaurant Review: Before the arrival of the pho house on the Atlanta ethnic dining scene, this was one of the few places to get the traditional noodle dishes of Vietnam. Customers tend to be Vietnamese locals and former servicemen who developed their taste for this cuisine during the war. Fresh cilantro gives many of the dishes their unique scent and flavor. Beautiful rolls, stuffed shrimp, stuffed pancakes and seafood noodle soups are among the items most likely to appeal. Although some dishes are quite spicy, the hotness level can be adjusted to individual tastes. Owner Suzanne Bojtchewsky, a native of Vietnam, has kept her restaurant a top choice for more than a decade.
