Bill Bateman's Bistro Restaurant Review:
Let's just call former talent promoter Bill Bateman Baltimore's king of chicken wings. That's how good these are, all sixteen versions of them --- meaty, crisp, never greasy, and packing firepower from demure to demonic, these are flightless wonders. The ribs are pretty good, too, as are the multitudinous sandwiches and quesadillas and all manner of other light fare, aptly supported by the line-up of microbrew taps behind the bar. Some of the local chain's branches have pool tables, but all have banks of TVs tuned in to sports that draw a raucous game-time crowd.
