| Located in the elegantly casual Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa in Kirkland, bin on the lake offers expansive vistas across Lake Washington along with an accessible, well crafted selection of small and large plates. The upscale bar cuisine by chef Scott Lents includes seasonal selections prepared using Northwest ingredients. Menu hits have included beef brisket sliders, tangy baby-back ribs and “Scallops P.L.T.,” which translates to a slider combining a grilled scallop, prosciutto, and Bibb lettuce on a mini brioche bun. We also suggest the fennel prawns, duck confit, and airy Yukon potato gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle Pecorino. Courtesy of a wine preservation system, more than 80 wines are available by the glass---select from one-, three- or six-ounce pours. The knowledgeable staff will assist you in choosing a wine to match your menu selections. |
