| Le Cep is a charming bistro with real country cooking complemented by impressive wines. The menu changes seasonally, but some of our favorites include the moules aux fines herbes and the even better escargots à la bourguignon, succulent snails in herb-studded garlic butter and cheese. Entrées include French standards such as coq au vin à l’Ancienne and steak au poivre, and one of the house specialties is the foie de veau aux pommes avec confit d’oignons---roasted calf’s liver with apples and bacon. The extensive wine list features domestic selections and French wines by the bottle and glass. |
