Black & White boasts two atmospheres and two menus, and is one cool restaurant. European-Mediterranean inspired cuisine is featured on the Black side, and a casual, international seafood lineup is offered on the more casual, rustic White side (order from either regardless of where you dine). The almost 5,000-square-foot space also features the Gray Bar in between that serves bar bites, wine and cocktail specials, and Scotch flights on Fridays. Expect a spicy bouillabaisse and light pasta selections from the Black menu, and fresh oysters, octopus dishes and a thick, grilled tuna steak among the White options. Kid-friendly fare includes palatable fried chicken tenders and spaghetti. On the weekends, try the Serrano and cheddar grits with fried chicken or the roasted octopus ceviche with a guajillo chili mayo spread on a crispy corn tortilla and a slice of avocado. Wash it down with the Café Catalonia, a layered delight of Baileys, condensed milk and an espresso shot.
