THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bleau View Restaurant Review:

Bleau View restaurant offers a change of pace from the Fontainebleau's former, stuffier dining venues, but in this case different isn't necessarily better. A Mediterranean theme pervades the interior, mosaic tiles, colorful murals, and a bubbling fountain capturing the feel of a real Italian trattoria. Outside of the large picture windows is a tropical vista of landscaped gardens, large rock grotto pool, and sun-bleached beach in the background. Longtime chef Bill Zuppa sticks with the Med theme via high-priced dishes like grilled salmon on saffron risotto, and tenderloin of beef with eggplant, tomatoes and pancetta. While the food satisfies, it isn't as special as the Bleau View thinks it is---you can find similar cooking, for less money, at many Miami dining establishments. Sunday brunch, on the other hand, is fantastic, a series of extravagantly set stations laden with cheeses, carved meats, pastas, fresh seafood selections and eye-popping desserts.
