Dining room at Bleu, Mashpee, MADressed up in multiple hues of its namesake color, Bleu is a surprisingly traditional French bistro offering the kind of simple fare you might expect to find in Paris or Dijon. Chef-owner Frederic Feufeu trained in Brittany then honed his skills in London and New York before settling on the Cape. Offering lunch and dinner year-round, Feufeu's menus specialize in standards like escargots, moules and rillettes. To satisfy American tastes, Feufeu adds in occasional touches of Asian flair, like seared ahi with sesame and ginger, but for the most part, the dining experience at Bleu offers a journey through France. We particularly like the cassoulet and, when they are offered as a special, the frogs’ legs. The wine list is fairly small but offers a good selection of French imports.
