Bleu Restaurant Review: Dressed up in multiple hues of its namesake color, Bleu is a French bistro with a bit of a modern, American flair offering both the kind of simple fare you might expect to find in Paris or Dijon as well as a few innovative twists on the classics. Chef-owner Frederic Feufeu trained in Brittany then honed his skills in London and New York before settling on the Cape. Offering lunch and dinner year-round, Feufeu's menus specialize in standards like escargots, moules and rillettes. To satisfy American tastes, Feufeu adds in a few more innovative items like Berkshire pork with red plum sauce and peppercorn brittle and halibut with a miso-infused hollandaise. The wine list is fairly small but offers several nice Californian and French options.
