 Bobby's Burger Palace Restaurant Review: There are some things that don’t need a chef’s tinkering --- burgers are one of them, except when the chef is Bobby Flay. Let this celeb chef tinker away. Enjoy a classic such as the Palace burger with all the traditional fixin’s or one of the exotics such as a Bobby Blue Burger made with blue cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Then have it “crunchified” with a thin layer of potato chips. Sweet potato fries are an option; they come with a unique honey mustard horseradish sauce. Chipotle ketchup is another winner. The place appeals with its openness and comfortable diner-like seating. If you need a sweet to end the meal, malteds and milkshakes come in varieties like pistachio and blueberry-pomegranate. |
