Brio Tuscan Grille Restaurant Review: Brio entertains us with outsize portions of lusty Tuscan fare, like crunchy flatbreads and grilled pizzas --- plus long waits at peak hours if you don't have reservations. How's this for starters? A bruschetta quattro or a sliced steak bruschetta. We also recommend the chicken grilled under a brick, served with mashed potatoes and other vegetables. There's a creamy lobster bisque, a big bowl of mussels and the 14-ounce Gorgonzola-crusted strip steak, too. Desserts include a fine cheesecake and a trio of house specialties. A children’s menu and a bar menu are available, and don’t forget to check out the fine wine list.
