Brio Tuscan Grille Restaurant Review: Brio entertains us with outsize portions of lusty Tuscan fare, like crunchy flatbreads, grilled pizzas and creamy cheesecake---plus long waits at peak hours if you don't have reservations. How's this for starters? A pizza bianco---but not with four varieties of white cheese. Instead, this version calls for a scattering of fresh herbs, bits of veggies and smoked mozzarella and Boursin cheese gilding a thin-crusted pie. We also recommend the chicken grilled under a brick, served with mashed potatoes and other vegetables. There's also a creamy lobster bisque, a big bowl of mussels and the 14-ounce Gorgonzola-crusted strip steak. Desserts include a fine cheesecake. |
