The Bristol Bar & Grille Restaurant Review

: Located in the middle of historic Main Street's Museum Row, The Bristol Bar & Grille offers a handsome brick patio tucked away just off the sidewalk and a comfortable series of indoor dining rooms. The menu’s "Bristol Classics" that have made it a local favorite for more than three decades include the filet Mandarin (soy, honey, garlic, ginger and Mandarin orange liqueur marinade), pork Dijonnaise (grilled pork loin with Dijon mustard sauce) and the steak sandwich (open-face on a grilled baguette with Henry Bain sauce). The perfect snack before heading to a local concert or play can be chosen from the appetizer list: green chili wontons, artichoke fritters, fried calamari. Entrée-size salads include the seafood-rich California Club. The pasta highlight is sweet chili linguine with blackened chicken. All desserts, including rotating cheesecake flavors, are made in-house. The good bourbon and craft beer selection and the wine list, notable for variety and value, enhance the dining experience.
