THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Buca Di Bacco Restaurant Review: We dont really like paying these prices for semi-service, but we have to acknowledge that the counter-service system is efficient for lunchtime. And we keep returning for Vittorio Preterotis chalkboard specials. The pastas are fresh and soft; tomato-based sauces carry the perfect balance of sharp and sweetness and the garlic is garden fresh. Dinner is more leisurely, so you can linger over tender, flavorful veal, delicate ravioli or simply a properly torn, well-dressed salad. Lunch or dinner, the floor-to-ceiling windows all around make for fine people-watching.
