Though the name conjures up visions of a taco shack, this cheerfully hip spot with a Jetsons-inspired interior serves up a refreshing take on Tex-Mex: black beans (no refried beans), a cactus salad with mixed greens in a light vinaigrette, and overstuffed burritos and homemade tortilla chips dusted with chili powder are some of its trademarks. The chicken- and spinach-stuffed burrito with tomatilla sauce is always a hit. Buster's is a favorite spot for weekend brunch. Stop in anytime for one of its excellent margaritas, a quick shot of Loco Soda and good people watching.
