| When you're hankering for sustenance at 4 a.m. or jonesing for breakfast at 5 p.m., head over to Buzzbrews, a friendly little joint that offers 24-hour diner food for the twenty-first century. Check out the sautéed nopales served with scrambled eggs and spicy black beans topped with crumbled feta for a salty, spicy combo that will get you moving in the morning. Pancakes and waffles are huge and fluffy and served with real maple syrup. Stuffed eggs are basically big omelets: try the one with chorizo, jalapeño and bacon. Go international with a French connection, a griddled crêpe hugging chicken and vegetables and blanketed with a creamy poblano sauce. Dozens of coffee drinks are on the menu, from basic espresso to a frozen Heath Bar mocha. |
