Cafe 56 Grill Restaurant Review: The name of this health-oriented, casual restaurant comes from the 56 salads on the menu. Whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore, prefer chicken or steak, like chickpeas or peppers, there's a salad for you (and everyone you know). Try The Greek Interlude: mixed lettuce with red onions, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, kalamata olives and feta.
