Keeping with the tres French ambience Paris Las Vegas is known for, the restaurant is designed like a bistro, complete with brass rails and “outdoor” patio seating overlooking the casino floor. Not just a diner, the eatery caters to both French and American palates with a varied menu. Breakfast is traditional American fare, from steak and eggs to eggs Benedict.
