With a 25-year culinary background, chef-owner Erol Girgin only uses fresh ingredients---herbs, meat, poultry and seafood---to prepare flavor-filled dishes. Delicacies include baba ghanouj, rack of lamb, and islim kebap (lamb shank braised with tomatoes and onion, then topped with tenderly grilled eggplant).
