The kitchen keeps an eye out for the latest culinary trends, reflected in the changing menu that extols seasonal ingredients. Salad connoisseurs will delight in options like the roasted beet salad featuring crumbled goat cheese, pistachio and baby spinach in a pistachio vinaigrette. Past entrée favorites include a pecan-crusted tilapia coupled with spinach risotto infused with a fire-roasted-tomato vinaigrette, and the mahi mahi paired with curried grilled vegetables in a cilantro lime coulis. Nova’s $10 lunch is a bargain, complete with soup or salad and a sandwich or entrée. The wine and beer list includes a pleasing mix of international choices as well as several local selections.
