Cafe Sebastienne Restaurant Review:

Executive chef Jennifer Maloney's short menu spans the globe, reflecting her extensive and varied experiences. (She cooked on a houseboat in the Caribbean and for glitterati at the Cannes Film Festival.) The fish tacos, served with spicy black beans and avocado sauce, are a signature lunch and brunch item. The menu changes quarterly with a shout-out to wild king salmon with an agrumato sauce to welcome in spring. Other dishes are geared towards the season, including warm spinach salad with portobello mushrooms; roasted sweet potatoes with a pancetta vinaigrette; grilled beef tenderloin with roasted fingerling potatoes and a drizzle of Stilton cream; and baked Carnival squash stuffed with mixed grain pilaf and dried fruit chutney. Brunch is especially popular, particularly among the regulars who crave the Café Benny---poached eggs perched atop crab cakes. When you're seeking something potent, ask for a margarita martini.
