Join the crowds sitting at outdoor tables on warm weather days, or cluster inside the restaurant to order from the long list of Mediterranean and European-style teas and coffees like Truffle Mousse Brevé, a Vienna roast. Brunch fans should visit the salmon hash with horseradish cream sauce. Dinner items are just as creative and include a filet of Loch Duart salmon on a bed of butter-braised leeks. We also suggest the grilled, spice-rubbed flat-iron steak with chimichurri. Save room for dessert, specifically the rum-soaked Italian almond torte with amaretto mascarpone cream. The wine list is intriguing, and includes a long list of global options; there's a nice by-the-glass selection as well. Not to be overlooked, however, are the classic cocktails, such as the Chalino Special, a mix of 100 percent agave tequila, crème de cassis and fresh lemon and lime juices. When it comes to martinis, go for Le Petit Mort, a blend of Godiva white chocolate, Ketel One Vodka, crème de banana and cacao, with a touch of cream and a caramelized banana slice.
